
Meetings When: Monday nights (See Section III (Page 2) of the Troop 132 Handbook. Where: Holy Angels Church (downstairs) - 1 Milford Street -- entrance is on left side (facing the church) down the driveway. Time: 6:30 – 8:00 pm Note: We follow the school schedule. If school is cancelled for whatever reason, then scouts is cancelled. Camping One weekend a month there is a camping trip. Typically we depart Friday evening and return home Sunday morning prior to church services. There may be a minimal (approx $10) fee to cover the cost of groceries. Schedule for the campouts can be found in the Troop 132 Calendar. Summer Camp Each summer the boys can participate in one week of troop sponsored summer camp at Treasure Valley in Paxton, MA. Click here for our Summer Camp page. Dues and Registration The annual cost of dues and registration totals $65 per year. Boys Life magazine is an additional $12/year. Contact the Membership Coordinator with any registration question. Website The website is continually being updated and therefore has the latest information about what’s happening in Troop 132. Troop Committee The Troop Committee is a group of people who administratively run the troop. The Committee is generally made up of parents of scouts, both past and present. They meet the 2nd Sunday of each month 7-9:00 PM. You are encouraged to attend committee meetings and maybe even be on the committee yourself. Volunteers Like any organization, Boy Scouts needs good volunteers. If you are willing to do something small, something big or something in-between please don’t hesitate to step forward. Either the Scoutmaster or Troop Committee Chairperson would love to talk with you. See Sections XII and XIV (pages 13-18) of the Troop 132 Handbook. Fundraising Boy Scouts have one fundraiser per year. It is the wreath sale and generally happens the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
