2003-2004 Advancement Goals
Each scout has an advancement goal for the year.
Leaders show their commitment towards advancement
Start by each leader writing down their goals and sharing them with the rest
Each scout sets specific goals for this year and tells everybody in the troop
Includes at least 1 merit badge
Every Scout that is active 10/03 gets to 1st class by the end of the year
2 Eagle Scouts in 2004
Each scout earns at least (tbd) merit badges (based on the roll-up from individual goals)
New summer camp option for higher ranking scouts
