Troop Advancement Lead
- appointed by the SALT team
- reports to the ASPL
- is a member of the Special Teams lead by the ASPL
Troop Advancement Lead duties:
- monitors the troops advancement progress
- keeps accurate records of individual scout advancements
- leads team of patrol advancement leads to promote advancement
- Updates troop advancement chart
And as with all other Junior Leaders
- Sets a good example
- Enthusiastically wears the Scout uniform correctly
- Lives by the Scout Oath and Law
- Shows Scout spirit
